I have read that RR style was influenced by three styles, can you give me the number of years Mr Espera has trained in each of these styles. Thanks.

Hi! The single stick, when you train, do you always view it as bolo/sword, or do you also have techniques that are only meant to be done with a stick (and not a blade)? What fighting range is used most in RR? Corto, media or largo? Sverre.

Hi! How much emphasis do you put on empty hands training compared to weapons training? When you fight empty hands, do you usually stand in a right lead, as is normal when fighting with weapons, or do you take a more boxing like left lead stance? Sverre.
